Codes will be sent to the email address provided by May 12th at 10 am ET. Please be sure you have spelled your email correctly.

What if I don’t have a code by Tuesday May 12th at 10am ET?

How do I buy VIP during presale?

VIP presale begins Wednesday, May 13. The Ultimate Mamamoo VIP Experience (VIP 1) goes on sale at 10am local time and must be purchased with a ticket on the platform.

Starting at 12pm local time, the Send-Off + Group Photo Experience (VIP 2), Soundcheck Experience (VIP 3), and Merch Package (VIP 4) become available as ticketless upgrades on Shopify. All packages can be found at MamamooTour2026.com.
